Sylvie-Marianne Rhugenda is one of the finalists for the Faculty of Social Sciences' Award of Excellence, a prize honouring students who excel through exceptional effort and perseverance. The four winners will be announced at the 29th Annual Awards of Excellence, Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Théâtre de la Cité universitaire, Palasis-Prince Pavilion at Laval University.
