Development and impact of knowledge translation strategies in the context of prenatal screening for trisomy 21. This study will inform researchers and clinicians about the feasibility of a randomized trial in the context of the application of knowledge for prenatal screening for Down's syndrome. Based on the results of this pilot study, we will be able to recommend and write the protocol for a large randomized study by cluster to rigorously assess the impact of this knowledge strategy on issues relating to shared decision making in this clinical setting.
