General objectives Knowledge: to gain knowledge on indication, ethics, goals and evidence of SDM and on quality criteria of evidence-based patient information.

Skills: to structure an SDM consultation, implementation barriers and decision support measures

Competences: to be able to evaluate consultations using the MAPPIN’SDM observation scales
Format Two hours group courses using different behaviour change techniques: lectures, role-play, practical video examples, interactive observation, demonstration of feedback provision.
